Use of First Responder Veterans Australia Logo and Designs29 July 2021All logos and our various designs are the property of First Responder Veterans Australia and decisions regarding how they are to be used rest with the National Coordinator, First Responder Veterans Australia. Unauthorized use of the logo and copyright protected designs is forbidden.The name, copyright protected works, and logo are all vital parts of our brand and image. Consistency in their usage helps to develop and maintain the brand and lends credibility to our endeavours. As such, the name, various copyright protected works, and our logo may not be redrawn, reconstructed, or modified in any way.Use of our name, various copyright protected works, or logo in conjunction with the advertisement of any alcoholic beverage, gambling, or medications is expressly forbidden.Use of any of our name, various copyright protected works, and logo without written permission from the National Coordinator, including use by members of First Responder Veterans Australia is prohibited.The use of our name, various copyright protected works, and our logo for commercial gain without the written permission of the National Coordinator is prohibited. The same policy applies to any person, entity, or corporation using our logo in any manner that may give the impression that the person, entity or corporation is in any way associated with First Responder Veterans Australia. This excludes sponsors.Individual Logos and DesignsIndividual designs and logos are used for but not limited to;Australian Police Veterans who are members of FRVA.Australian Emergency Services Veterans who are members of FRVA.First Responder Welfare Advertisements.First Responder Veterans Australia who are members of FRVA.The proliferation of individual logos, images, and merchandise is discouraged. New or redesigned logos must be submitted to the National Coordinator along with an explanation of the need for the logo and how it will be used. Logo requests must be approved by the National Coordinator in writing. The sale or resale of our protected designs and merchandise for personal or commercial profit is strictly forbidden without prior permission in writing from the National Coordinator.
